Please Note* All deposits are final, non refundable, and are subject to a 3.5% transaction charge at checkout. If unable to keep your original surgery date, immediately notify your facilitator and reschedule your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Please be advised that the  transaction will appear as "SafeMedTrav" on your statement.
